Activities

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC lathes, especially from DMG MORI
• Production of demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Programming, optimizing and correcting CNC programs
• Setting up and measuring tools, clamping means and measuring means
• Monitoring the entire manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality standards
• Performing mass controls and documentation of test results
• Detecting, analyzing and solving manufacturing problems
• Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Requirements

• Completed training as polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or equivalent technical qualification
• Professional experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge of setting up and programming CNC lathes
• Experience with DMG MORI is beneficial
• Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring and test equipment
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working method
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks
