Activities

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC lathes from DMG MORI
• Production of demanding individual parts and small series
• Programming, optimization and correction of CNC programs
• Setting up tools, clamping means and measuring equipment
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality
• Performing mass controls and documentation of test results
• Detection and fixing of manufacturing problems
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and equipment
• Requirements
• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC lathes
• Experience with DMG MORI of advantage
