Position: Maternity representation as a case-leading reference person (60%) (Egliswil, AG).

- Conducting reference person interviews to support everyday coping: topics include the dependency disease, promotion of social integration, development of professional prospects and support in household management Regular drafting of reports cooperation with external parties such as relatives, the cost-carriers or the judiciary Basically, the team is present from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 17:00.
- You are the contact person at the location in Windisch during your working hours.
Main responsibilities
- Conducting reference person interviews to support everyday coping: topics include the dependency disease, promotion of social integration, development of professional prospects and support in household management Regular drafting of reports cooperation with external parties such as relatives, the cost-carriers or the judiciary Basically, the team is present from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 17:00.
- You are the contact person at the location in Windisch during your working hours.
- Every 6 weeks you take over the weekend service.
- From Friday at 18:00 until Sunday at 18:00 you have telephone service.
- You will be there on Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 and on Sunday from 18:00 to 20:00.
- Management of the weekly house meeting on Thursday evening at 6:30 pm Assistance in the coordination of house maintenance in Windisch Requirements Profile Education in social work, social education or equivalent educational degrees, preferably with experience in the health sector Secure use of information technology and common programs such as the Office Palette Reliability and independence
