The opportunity You will work closely with R&D Engineers to enhance test capabilities and knowledge about performances and reliability of SiC devices fabricated at Hitachi Energy.
He\/She will gain exposure to testing hardware, characterization methodologies and will be involved both in conceptual and hands-on lab work.
Particularly the lab work will provide to the student a comprehensive background about R&D activities within a leading semiconductor company.
