It provides its services to the population of 10 municipalities in the catchment area in the northeast of the canton of Aargau.
Around 70 employees make an important contribution every day to ensuring that clients can live independently at home for as long as possible.

September 2026 an entrepreneurial, managerial and empathetic personality as managing director (80 - 100%)
- Your role - versatile, connecting, present
- You will manage the organization operationally, in terms of personnel and strategically and create framework conditions for high-quality and economical service provision
- You will lead a committed three-person management team and, together with them and the board of directors, will further develop Spitex Nord Ost Aargau AG in a future-oriented manner
- You will promote a modern, appreciative and motivating leadership culture
- You take responsibility for business management and actively accompany change processes
- You maintain constructive cooperation with communities, authorities, partner institutions, doctors and other players in the health and social services
- You represent the organization professionally internally and externally and actively contribute to the positive positioning of Spitex Nord Ost Aargau AG
- Your expertise and attitude - lead responsibly and shape it together
- You ideally have training as a qualified.
HF/FH nursing specialist or have comparable training with in-depth experience in health or social services
- You have several years of professional and management experience and have further training in leadership and management as well as preferably further business administration training
- You have a good understanding of modern organizational and process development
- You have experience in change management and approach changes in a solution-oriented and structured manner
- You impress with a high level of social, technical and action skills as well as your ability to motivate and accompany people
- You think in a networked manner and act entrepreneurially and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Your perspectives and framework conditions - creative freedom with trust
