- HES, HEG Bachelor's degree and knowledge of quality management
- Training and/or experience in the watchmaking industry Proven experience in team management
Main responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Give meaning: communicate strategic orientations and set ambitious and realistic individual objectives.
- Support: support the professional development of employees through coaching, feedback and training.
- Unite: establish a climate of trust, respect and cohesion, promoting intra/inter-service cooperation.
Key requirements
- HES, HEG Bachelor's degree and knowledge of quality management
- Training and/or experience in the watchmaking industry Proven experience in team management
- Natural leadership, ability to unite, force of proposal and autonomy
- Strong team spirit, listening and adaptability skills Discretion, exemplarity and commitment
