Mansioni

• You support and accompany our customers throughout the training process, create training plans and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider.
• You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as leading and developing your employees and learners
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You actively acquire future customers, draw up contracts, organize personnel planning and are responsible for various other administrative work
• You implement the corporate strategy and represent the company against inside and outside
• You are responsible for budget, goals and quality assurance and work closely with managers

Requirements

• As well as experience in a similar position: several years of leadership experience
• Completed basic or further training: Training as a fitness instructor (federal degree or equivalent) with valid BLS/AED certificate
• You have very good industry knowledge, are well connected and strong in sales
• You have an above-average understanding of services and have a winning personality
• You are flexible and enjoy working in the evening as well as on weekends and public holidays
• You are loyal and set an example for your employees and our customers
• German (very good knowledge)
