Main responsibilities
- Further develop systems, shape digitalization
- ERP & Business Systems: You take over the business system ownership for Orthodoo/Odoo and other assigned central business systems and control roadmap, requirements, releases and technology partners
- Hands-on instead of just coordinating: You implement suitable configurations and optimizations in Odoo yourself – especially with standard functionalities and Odoo Studio.
- For more complex developments, you control external specialists

- Connect interfaces: As a central business interface, you work closely with our departments, the ICT of the University Hospital Balgrist and external technology partners. Requirements
- Connecting Business, Processes and Technology
- Education: Studies (university, university of applied sciences) in business informatics, business engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
- Experience: Several years of experience in the control and further development of ERP/Business systems as well as in digitization, IT or transformation projects
- ERP competence: You not only understand ERP systems conceptually, but also like to work hands-on on their configuration and optimization.
- Odoo and Odoo studio experience are beneficial
