What You Do

• As a hub within the anti-fraud and insurance team, you guarantee the proper functioning of administrative procedures, from assigning cases to monitoring deadlines and transferring.
• You compile statistics, analyze key figures and prepare databases for internal assessments and reporting.
• You organize meetings, events and trainings.
• You identify process optimization and scanning potentials, and provide a particular sensitivity for AI-based tools.
• From an organizational point of view, the team is based at the headquarters in Lucerne, but you can also work from another Suva site and home office. What you bring
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training (SWC level) or equivalent higher education.
• Your ease with the numbers and your analytical spirit are complemented by strong LAA/LPGA knowledge.
• In German or French, you have good knowledge of the other language (minimum level B2).
• You stand out for your hard work, high organizational skills and customer orientation.
• You are comfortable in computer science and interested in developing yourself in the digital field.
