Descrizione About the position In our Profit Center, we produce overvoltage arresters in Wettingen and offer innovative, reliable and secure overvoltage protection solutions for the segments power generation and distribution as well as railway and industry. Our goal is to inspire our customers around the world as technology leaders with overvoltage protection solutions at world level. We achieve this through the continuous expansion of our leadership in core technologies as well as the continuous improvement of our business processes.
As team manager maintenance they carry a team of 6 people You have the overall responsibility for the maintenance of all production facilities and technical systems in a highly automated process manufacturing environment. The aim of the function is to ensure high plant availability, maximum safety and efficient and cost-optimized maintenance organisation. They act as a strategic partner of the management and maintain both strategic and operational.
You can do that - Strategic and operational management of the maintenance organisation - Planning, control and implementation of maintenance and maintenance measures (preventive, corrective and holistic maintenance concepts) - Development and implementation of maintenance strategies to increase plant availability, productivity and plant life - Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the maintenance team - Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and spare parts and storage strategy - Support for reconstruction, new construction and investment projects - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal requirements - Continuous improvement of maintenance processes and introduction of digital tools and key payment systems
