Tasks

• Operational and strategic management of cleaning
• Leadership, promotion and further development of subordinate employees and team leaders
• Ensuring professional, efficient and high-quality cleaning in all assigned areas
• Continuous optimization of processes, workflows and cleaning standards
• Close cooperation with the hospitality, care, technology and other interdisciplinary partners
• Participation in budget planning, cost control and the achievement of the defined quality and economic goals
• First contact person for the external cleaning service provider
• Responsible for the digital cleaning system soobr

Requirements

• Completed training in housekeeping, facility management or equivalent qualification, with further training at level BP, HFP or HF
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable function, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of services as well as high customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with a high quality awareness
• High level of leadership, communication and conflict resolution competence
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Good user knowledge of the MS-Office programs
• Resilient, flexible and responsible personality with strong social skills
