YOUR TASKS

• You take over the overall responsibility for procurement and logistics at Klinik Aarau – from procurement to warehouses to distribution and disposal incl. OP logistics, consignments and rental materials
• You ensure that all materials are available at all times, economically procured and efficiently provided
• You optimize the entire logistics chain and material flows, especially in connection with the upcoming commissioning of House C as well as further changes on the clinic area and develop processes in a targeted and continuous manner.
• You actively promote the standardization and digitalization of our processes
• You are responsible for budget, material costs and inventory and control the costs together with the clinic management
• Active participation in the further development of the clinic area, especially in your area in the new building Schachenallee as well as other construction projects and ensuring a smooth commissioning
• You lead your team professionally and personnel and actively develop it further

Your profile

• Education as Eidg. Dipl. Purchaser/-in / Purchasing Manager/-in or comparable qualification in the field of logistics
• You have training in leadership
• Several years of experience in a management position in the field of logistics or procurement / supply chain management (ideally in the healthcare sector)
• Strong experience in process optimization, project management and transformation
• Strong business understanding and experience in cost management
• Very good SAP knowledge
• Strong negotiating skills
• Level communication
• Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation (stakeholder management)
• Affinity for digitalization, robotics and systems
• You think networked, structured and solution-oriented
• You convince with leadership, assertiveness and communication skills
