General information Characteristic 2026-559 Description of the position Head / Head of Hotel Business 80 % - 100 % Employee category Head Function Starting immediately or by agreement The following tasks are expected:

• Leadership and development of the approximately 10-member hotel industry team incl. Staff development and planning
• Ensuring a high level of patient, guest and employee satisfaction
• Administrative work such as orders, controlling and personnel planning in compliance with the budget
• Responsible for the provision of all services in the hospitality sector including the management and maintenance of rooms and furniture in compliance with the current safety and hygiene regulations
• General coordination of the interface to the hotel industry of the Zofingen Hospital
• Where necessary, support for entry and exits
• Collaboration in day-to-day business (about 50%) of the department
• Participation in construction and infrastructure projects as well as other subject-specific projects and committees according to the allocation You convince us with this profile:
• Completed training as hotel specialist EFZ or specialist housekeeping EFZ
• Training at the level of professional card or higher vocational training and proven professional experience
• Flowing (Swiss) German skills orally and in writing
• Very independent and reliable way of working with a service-oriented host mentality
• Friendly, competent appearance as well as pleasure in contact with people
• basic computer skills (MS Office, industry-specific applications)
