Workload: 100% | Baden Working in one of the most exciting industries in Switzerland – sustainable energy! Contribute to the energy future. As head of hydraulic production, you are responsible for the safe and economical operation of our hydraulic power plants. You make a crucial contribution to ensuring that energy is generated sustainably and that the strategic direction of the Hydro Energy & Biomass Division is actively shaped. Tasks & responsibilities:

• Operational management: Ensuring efficient and cost-optimized power plant operation in compliance with all legal regulations
• Financial control: Responsibility for the business unit's cost budget of CHF 500 million
• Leadership: Direct management of 9 employees as well as overall responsibility for around 370 employees
• Strategic collaboration: Active participation in the Hydro Energy & Biomass division management and introduction of innovative solutions
• Emergency management: Setting up and maintaining an adapted emergency organization
• Network maintenance: Representing interests in partner company boards of directors and close cooperation with customers and authorities

• Qualifications: Basic technical training (Dipl. Ing. ETH/FH) and ideally additional business training or MBA degree.
• Experience: At least 10 years of qualified management experience, including 5 years in the power plant industry
• Professional expertise: Experience in project management and leading large projects
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
