As head of hydraulic production, you are responsible for the safe and economical operation of our hydraulic power plants.

& responsibilities:
Operational management: Ensuring efficient and cost-optimized power plant operation in compliance with all legal regulations
Basic technical training (Dipl.
Ing.

& responsibilities:
Operational management: Ensuring efficient and cost-optimized power plant operation in compliance with all legal regulations
Financial control: Responsibility for the business unit's cost budget of CHF 500 million
Leadership: Direct management of 9 employees as well as overall responsibility for around 370 employees
Strategic collaboration: Active participation in the Hydro Energy & Biomass division management and introduction of innovative solutions

Basic technical training (Dipl.
Ing.
ETH/FH) and ideally additional business training or MBA degree.
Experience: At least 10 years of qualified management experience, including 5 years in the power plant industry
Professional expertise: Experience in project management and leading large projects
Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
Personal strengths: High level of personal responsibility, social competence and excellent communication skills Are you a strategic thinker and at the same time a leader with strong implementation skills?
