Tasks

• You will lead the HR administration at the Schafisheim location with 8 employees and develop your team both professionally and in terms of personnel.
• You ensure professional, efficient and timely personnel administration and actively drive the continuous optimization of processes and processes
• As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the technology department at the Schafisheim location and are the contact person for employees and managers in employment law, personnel and social issues.
• You advise and accompany managers along the entire Employee Lifecycle. From recruitment to development and retention to separation processes
• You are involved in project and working groups and contribute your experience to the further development of HR processes, services and instruments.

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality, resilient and winning personality that makes HR visible and tangible
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable function with management responsibility in HR administration and as HR Business Partner
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
