- Innerhalb der Verwaltungsdirektion sind Sie für die strategische und operative Leitung (Finanzbuchhaltung, Kreditoren, Debitoren) der Finanzabteilung zuständig
- Ausarbeitung einer Strategie für den Finanzdienst und deren Umsetzung
- Personalmanagement der Abteilung (ca. 15 Mitarbeitende)
- Abschluss der Buchhaltung und Erstellung der Belege
- Spezifische Finanzüberwachung und Gutachten, Erstellung verschiedener Abrechnungen und Ausarbeitung von Statistiken
- Pflege der Beziehungen zu den externen Partnern des Diensts (Treuhänder, Banken, Kanton Freiburg, Bund)
- Expert/in bzw.
- Experte und Sparringspartner für die Verwaltungsdirektion
- Beitrag zur strategischen Gesamtvision der Finanzen der Universität
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Finanzplans und des Jahresbudgets Gewünschtes Profil
