As a merchant / manager EFZ, you are a professional in performing a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. Start of teaching: 1 August 2027

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Writing and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Creating presentations, reports, tables and protocols
• Coordinating appointments and organizing meetings and events
• Support the team in projects and administrative tasks
• Supervise and advise internal and external customers

Profile and skills

• Completed elementary school at high level, good performance in mathematics, German, French and English
• Enjoying an accurate and careful way of working and dealing with people
• Interest in foreign languages and working on the computer
• Organizational ability, a good understanding and a sense of responsibility
• Curiosity, a high willingness to learn and good communication skills
