Main responsibilities
- Practice-oriented teaching according to adult education criteria
- Lesson structure taking into account the different requirements of the course participants
- Regular agreement with your contact persons of the club school administration Participation in training Requirements
- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: Professional qualification with federal recognition (EFZ) Floristry / ornamental plant gardener or self-taught or in training.
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed and courteous appearance
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Provide specialist knowledge varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
- Enthusiasm for teaching small to medium-sized groups of adults German (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
