- Provide legal advice and support on integrity and corporate governance, as well as on commercial and contract law matters, partnering closely with business leaders, corporate functions, and management teams.

- We are seeking a motivated and ambitious legal professional who enjoys working across a broad range of legal topics.
Main responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Head Integrity, Risk & Insurance your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide legal advice and support on integrity and corporate governance, as well as on commercial and contract law matters, partnering closely with business leaders, corporate functions, and management teams.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of global data protection, privacy and information security frameworks and related governance processes, providing pragmatic and business-oriented legal support.
- Contribute to integrity, insurance & risk management initiatives, supporting the development and continuous improvement of related frameworks, policies and processes.
- Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of business activities, including procurement, sales, operations and corporate functions.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements, confidentiality agreements and other business contracts.
- Support dispute management and assist in the handling and resolution of out-of-court and in-court disputes.
- Purpose of the Role: Support Siegfried's business by providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice across a broad range of legal matters.
- This legal generalist role offers broad exposure to commercial, corporate, integrity and governance matters, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to develop diverse expertise and grow into a trusted business partner within an international environment.

- You combine solid legal fundamentals with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects early in your career. Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law (Swiss MLaw or equivalent international qualification) preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, combined with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- Admission to the bar is an advantage but not required.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in a law firm, consulting environment or in-house legal department.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or CDMO industry is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to commercial, corporate or contract law.
- Additional experience or interest in data protection, information security, compliance, risk management or related areas is considered a plus . Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical, business-oriented advice.
