To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious personality as Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with international career ambitions.

You work closely with senior management, develop future-oriented HR strategies and support leaders in growth and change.

Key requirements

  • Completed degree (master) in business administration, psychology or a comparable field of expertise
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, ideally international environment
  • Ambition and mobility for international career development
