- Lead Facility Management service delivery across ABB's Swiss portfolio , acting as the primary interface with the integrated FM provider and ensuring contractual compliance, governance, KPI achievement, and service excellence.

Main responsibilities
- Lead Facility Management service delivery across ABB's Swiss portfolio , acting as the primary interface with the integrated FM provider and ensuring contractual compliance, governance, KPI achievement, and service excellence.
- Drive the completion of ABB's national FM transformation , including finalization of the FM tender, transition planning, and successful mobilization of the new FM partner across all Swiss locations.
- Optimize operational performance, compliance and cost efficiency , ensuring adherence to regulatory, HSE and ABB standards while delivering continuous improvements in service quality, sustainability and user experience.
- Support strategic real estate and facilities objectives , leveraging data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and project leadership to enhance portfolio performance and deliver facility investments. Your Background
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Company and context
- Approximately 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate and/or Corporate Facility Management within Switzerland, preferably within a large multi-site organization.
- Proven experience managing outsourced FM contracts, external service providers, and integrated FM service delivery models.
- Experience leading FM transformation, outsourcing, mobilization, or transition projects, with strong project management skills and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational Facility Management, contract management, performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels; proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in German and English is required; experience driving digital transformation initiatives in Facility Management, including AI, smart buildings, predictive maintenance, workflow automation, and advanced analytics, is a strong advantage.
