The Bachem Group is investing in a new planned location in Sisslerfeld in northwestern Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacity by the end of the decade. Their tasks

• Participation in the project and development phase of the new location in the area of Facility & Utility Management
• Support for the qualification, validation and commissioning of technical installations and systems
• Participation in the implementation of the CMMS system with focus on facility management processes
• Cooperation in the development and optimization of processes, standards and strategies in facility management
• Preparation and coordination of work instructions in cooperation with the relevant specialist areas
• Support in establishing an efficient and future-oriented facility management on site
• Review and technical approval of project-relevant documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards as well as close cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders

Your profile

• Completed middle or higher education in facility management or equivalent qualification, e.g. industrial engineering
• Professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry as well as knowledge of GMP processes
• Experience in the project environment as well as in the development and further development of new structures
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office) and experience with CMMS systems; SAP PM knowledge is a plus
• High initiative, resilience and sense of responsibility combined with a structured and solution-oriented working method
• Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as strong organisational skills
• Communication-strong, team-oriented and assertive personality with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Motivation to actively participate in the development of a new strategic location and to shape facility management processes sustainably, with a view to a later management function
