The position We are looking for a new team member for the Packaging Speed Testing Unit within QC Packaging Material & Devices function as part of BS/KAU quality control.

The Packaging Speed Testing team checks the quality of the packaging materials (e.g.

folding cartons, syringes, auto injectors) before they can be used in packaging, development, clinical supply or filling operations.

The possibility

• Implementation of packaging tests according to test requirements and test methods
• Application of physical test methods according to requirements in test regulations
• Ensuring strict compliance with good manufacturing practice (cGMP)
• Operation of simple devices and initialization of patterns
• Documentation of the test results in the SAP system.

Comparison of measurement values with specification and documentation of results.

• Perform batch review
• Project management: improvement projects, self-organization, 5S, process optimization, innovation and investment
• Development of the self-organization of both circles
• Organisational development through “out of the box” thinking Who you are
• Technical training with multi-year professional experience and professional experience in the GxP sector
• Interest in understanding new technical relationships
• Communicative and decision-making personality with persuasive power and ability to enforce, joy in an independent and initiative activity
• Good knowledge of quality systems and cGMP
