- Telephone support and processing of customer enquiries
- Recording of repair orders and coordination of home delivery and service appointments
Main responsibilities
- Telephone support and processing of customer enquiries
- Recording of repair orders and coordination of home delivery and service appointments
- Processing of internal enquiries in cooperation with other departments
- General administrative activities, e.g. ordering of spare parts and processing of manufacturer orders Requirements
- Commercial experience ideally in telephone customer service
- Negotiating knowledge of German in words and writing, good knowledge of French at least B2 level and Italian advantageous Good user knowledge in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
- Pronounced customer orientation and a friendly and professional appearance What we offer
