Tasks

• Reception and support of customers at the bank counter and management of bank-specific cash machines
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous customer portfolio support
• Comprehensive advice and support of customers in the basic products of the product palettes "Savings, payments, creation, provision"
• Demand recognition and forwarding of customers to the relevant specialist consultants
• Cooperation in target group-specific market development measures, in particular in campaigns

• Completed banking education or equivalent with banking experience
