We are looking for someone for Haus Tertianum Kirchdorf Kappelerhof in the Baden region immediately or by appointment

Cook EFZ 80-100% - limited until the end of the year

Your tasks

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all dishes according to the menu plan and special requests
• Responsible for regeneration, completion and picking of food
• Shared responsibility for efficient warehouse management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Joint responsibility for controlling management and quality management

Your profile

• Completed culinary training with professional experience
• Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold cuisine, completion/regeneration and picking of the food
• Professional and independent work attitude
• Flair for serving and decorating food
• Willingness to work at events and catering and to work regularly until 9 p.m
• Knowledge of system catering and à la carte cuisine
• Ticket B is a requirement
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoy a variety of challenges
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
