• You take over the lines, adjust machines and ensure a smooth production process.
• You monitor product quality and perform quality controls with the gaze of a professional chef.
• You resolve simple disturbances independently and coordinate with technology & shift management if necessary.

Requirements

• Min. 2 – 3 years of professional experience: in professional kitchens or in food production/processing
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as a cook/chef (EFZ) or equivalent qualification; HACCP/hygiene training beneficial
• English (flowing): At least level B1
• Readiness for 2- to 4-shift operation
• Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to learn to understand technical processes and lead a line.
• High sense of responsibility, cleanliness and accuracy – you work structured and reliable.
• Practice in in-process controls, portioning/filling, work organisation and compliance with specifications

Recruitment process
