You will support pharmaceutical manufacturing by carefully maintaining manufacturing data in the MES system, creating manufacturing documentation, and preparing relevant production documents and labels. Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the work preparation and follow-up of manufacturing orders in the MES system as well as the creation and maintenance of the associated GMP documentation and paper documents.
• They transfer production-relevant parameters from manufacturing instructions to Master Batch Records (MBRs) and ensure that all data, materials and documents are assigned to the correct batch.
• They create sample labels and production documents with the utmost care and thus make an important contribution to a smooth and error-free manufacturing process.
• You will ensure material availability in the MES system, work in accordance with GMP and document your activities in a timely and traceable manner in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• They work closely with production, quality and other interfaces, provide support in the event of deviations and root cause analyses, and ensure that production employees are optimally prepared to start production.

What we are looking for

• You are fluent in German, have a basic knowledge of English and are confident in using common PC applications such as Word and Excel.
• You work extremely precisely, concentrated and carefully and keep track of a large number of figures, data and documents, as well as under time pressure, at all times.
• You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and take responsibility for the quality of your results.
• You are a team-oriented personality, communicate openly and appreciate close cooperation in a collegial environment.
• Ideally, you have experience in the GMP-regulated environment as well as knowledge of SAP and/or MES systems.
