- Meetings & Presentation Management: Setting up presentation decks, preparing agendas and materials, and collecting required information for key sessions (such as RDC, RDOT, and PMO meetings).

- Meetings & Presentation Management: Setting up presentation decks, preparing agendas and materials, and collecting required information for key sessions (such as RDC, RDOT, and PMO meetings).
- Roadmap & Action Tracking: Maintaining the program roadmap, updating action logs from meeting notes, and ensuring action status screenshots are embedded into presentations.
- Documentation & Operational Support: Managing complex calendar schedules, granting tool accesses, and maintaining structured, versioned project documentation
- Reporting & Metrics: Preparing monthly status and risk reports in ServiceNow (SNOW), alongside maintaining KPIs, success metrics, and delivery progress indicators.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Drafting meeting minutes, handling ad-hoc re
