Do you want to start in sales after your education or studies? In the Sales Excellence Program, we prepare you for your future role as a customer consultant for 18 months. You get to know the insurance industry from scratch, develop your consulting and sales skills and are accompanied by experienced mentors. Step by step, you take on more responsibility, build your own customer base and lay the foundation for a successful career in sales.

Tasks

• During the Sales Excellence Program, you learn step by step everything you need for a successful career as a customer consultant.
• You will advise customers by telephone and personally and gain valuable practical experience in sales.
• You gain new customers and gradually build your own customer base.
• You support market development in your region and arrange consulting appointments.
• You work with experienced colleagues and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
• You participate in sales and marketing activities and get to know different sales channels.
• You will complete the comprehensive basic training including the VBV certification funded by us and continuously expand your specialist knowledge as well as your consulting and sales skills.

Requirements

• Completed education (teaching, maturity or study)
• Joy in dealing with people as well as enthusiasm for advice and sales
• Communication strength, empathy and a safe presence
• initiative, willingness to learn and the desire to develop personally and professionally
• Goal-oriented and independent working method
• Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
• Category B driving licence
• Residency in the region or the willingness to build a strong network there
