In this versatile and demanding function, you take on the following tasks:

• Active support in the implementation & de-implementation of mandates
• Creation of reporting, analyses, processes and concepts
• Preparation of documentation of objects
• Maintenance planning of mandates in Planon (CFM)
• Planon PowerUser function incl. Support and Training
• Active participation in the digital transformation
• Active support for onboarding of new employees

• Basic technical training in the field of HVAC or electric is desirable
• Bachelor of Science Facility Management with techn. and kfm. Background
• Project experience is beneficial
• Enjoy the exchange with various internal and external customers
• Independent & Structured Working Method
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action (foresighted, planning)
• Very good IT user knowledge / MS Office (digital working environment)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• English skills are beneficial.
• In possession of a gültite driving licence Cat. B
