We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task – You support IT partners in pre- and post-sales with technical issues relating to network and cyber security solutions. – You will analyze complex technical problems and develop suitable solutions for demanding customer environments. – You will accompany network and security projects from technical evaluation through conception to implementation and commissioning. – You advise partners on the use of various solutions from a broad IT security portfolio. – You will conduct technical product presentations, workshops and training courses and convey complex content in an understandable and practical manner. – You work closely with international technology manufacturers on a technical level and clarify challenging technical issues directly with their specialists. – You will work intensively on technologies in the areas of firewalling, routing & switching, WLAN, email security and endpoint security. – You will systematically analyze error images, identify causes and support partners in the sustainable correction. 03
