02 Your responsibilities

• Providing 1st- and 2nd-level support
• Help shape the cloud transformation (M365, Azure, Teams)
• Managing user administration
• Creating documentation and instructions
• Only one day on-site, the rest working from home

04 Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or technical vocational training with corresponding further education in IT and experience in the Microsoft environment
• Cloud experience (Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Teams and PowerShell
• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills (English is welcome)
