We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task – Lead IT and digitization projects on their own responsibility from requirements reception to introduction Analyze, structure and translate requirements from the specialist areas into feasible IT solutions – Coordinate departments, internal IT specialists and external partners – Moderate workshops and develop viable solutions together with stakeholders – Create technical and technical concepts, specifications and decision bases Manage deadlines, costs, risks, dependencies and project progress – Accompany tests, acceptances, rollouts and the transfer to operation Analyze existing processes and systems and identify concrete optimization and digitalization potentials Prioritize IT projects and requirements and participate in resource planning Ensure that new solutions work technically and are sustainably anchored in the business 03

04 Your profile – Completed studies in Business Informatics or Computer Science (FH/Uni/ETH) – Several years of experience in managing IT or digitalization projects as well as in business analysis – Very good understanding of business processes, applications, interfaces, data flows and system contexts – Ability to accurately capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Experience with classical, agile or hybrid project methods Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as CRM and data management topics is an advantage – Technical understanding to assess solutions in a well-founded manner and to work with IT specialists on an equal footing Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method – Secure appearance and strong communication and moderation skills – Stylistic knowledge of German (C2) and very good knowledge of English (min.
