Role overview

Mansioni

• Coordination of IT projects, changes and operational IT topics with departments, IT providers and third-party suppliers
• Hub function between the hospital, external IT providers, project managers and internal stakeholders
• Tracking requirements, tasks, pending, deadlines, risks and escalations
• Coordination of incident, problem, change and request processes as well as support with service reviews and operational handovers
• Participation in the coordination of ISMS/DSMS external CISO and data protection function (approx.

20%) Requisiti

• Sound IT training and good knowledge of IT service management
• Experience in project coordination, changes, IT operations and interface management
• Understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, interfaces and operating processes
• Experience in a hospital environment is an advantage
• Ability to negotiate with IT providers, external partners and suppliers
