The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The possibility

Supported as an intern in Quality Systems at the Kaiseraugst production site You are the team in the provision and maintenance of pharmaceutical quality processes and systems, including the support of our users and interfaces. In our role, we work closely together with experts from all areas, both locally and globally, and promote the further development of processes. As an intern, you will be involved in our activities as a team member at eye level. You will have the opportunity to learn about modern working methods, such as scrum, lean management, team development/change management and self-organization. Furthermore, you will get an insight into the working methods of the agile and cross-departmental teams (squads) coordinated by us.

In this internship you will get insight into the topics

• Quality risk management
• Change and Discrepancy Management
• Documentation/Content Management
• Evaluation of quality indicators
• Retrieval and visualisation of data
• Organisation of the local Quality Council
• Organisation and support of workshops and trainings
• Design and maintenance of our local websites

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of natural sciences, pharmaceutical technology, engineering, business informatics or from other fields within the last 12 months and are interested. Use your knowledge in a modern working environment for at least 6 months as part of an internship, as well as get to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• You enjoy developing and contributing your own ideas
• You are open and communicative and are interested in going new ways with us.
• You enjoy working in teams and are happy to support others
• You bring good German & English skills
• Your IT skills round off your profile (e.g. Google Applications, Google Apps Script)

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must attach a confirmation from the university that a mandatory internship is part of the education to the application documents.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.

• The preferred start of the internship is in March 2027 or by arrangement. Please indicate your preferred start date and the desired internship duration in your application.
