The Position The Quality Unit in Kaiseraugst/Basel consists of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Quality Systems (QS) and Quality Compliance and Issues. We guarantee the quality and compliance of over 40 product families for more than 120 countries in one integrated drug product and packaging site. In addition, we are responsible for the centralized QC and the release and stability testing of sterile and non-sterile products as well as raw materials and packaging materials. Our philosophy is that quality is the right of every patient, that we take responsibility for it and do our part.

The possibility

• You drive the harmonization of processes and processes through targeted process improvements – first in QA for QC and perspectively within the entire Quality Unit.
• You show great interest in analysing and optimising upstream and downstream steps, always maintaining a team-oriented mindset in the sense of increasing quality and efficiency.
• You support us in the conception, design and training for SOPs as well as other GMP-relevant documentation and processes.
• You will accompany the migration from Google Tools to Microsoft applications, take on project responsibility and advise the teams.
• The implementation and testing of innovative AI tools are also part of your exciting task area.
• You take over the independent handling of administrative processes and coordinate with the respective teams in confidence.

Who you are

You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in the fields of pharmacy, chemistry, biology, (economic) engineering, IT or related fields, or have a completed bachelor's or master's degree that has not been completed more than 12 months ago.

You also have

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Good communication skills and good presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the application of Google Tools, MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and AI tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English (fluent in words and writing)
• Conscientiousness in dealing with business documents, creativity, creativity and innovation
• Knowledge and convinced commitment to process improvements (e.g. LPS) as well as Agile Management are beneficial.
