The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world. Materials Management (MM) in Kaiseraugst supports the manufacturing companies in supply chain management and includes the following departments:

• Planning Community - Planning the production of five different production and packaging plants. This includes agreement with global agencies, material procurement, production planning and stock monitoring.
• Master Data - Provides master data in various systems for smooth drug product production and packaging in Kaiseraugst.

The entity shall

We are looking for several interns who support us in various activities and projects. The tasks and challenges can be individually compiled according to your strengths and interests from the following different areas:

You have good conceptual thinking and/or a preference for optimizing...

• Independent support & implementation of improvements using lean management methods
• Technical and content-related further development of the existing performance boards for departmental control, process documentation/mapping

You like to work with numbers and/or have a certain IT affinity.

• Creation/improvement of various tools, such as tracking tools, dashboards, etc.
• Use and management of software programs for the department (e.g.
• Automating/programming in certain tools such as Excel, Google applications, etc. (JavaScript knowledge is advantageous)
• Complex data analyses (e.g. price & volume development, ABC analysis, seasonal prices, packaging strategy, etc.)

You like to organize and/or have a creative streak, as well as a talent for communication...

• Support of the MM management team
• Organization and moderation of meetings and workshops, including post-processing and internal communication.
• Support for projects and initiatives as well as projects on their own responsibility
• Creation of information materials (presentation, internal website, etc.)

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of economics, IT, engineering or natural sciences within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 6 months, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• Structured and well-organized working methods, a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
• You have the courage to try new ways and question the status quo
• Secure handling of MS Office especially (Excel) and the Google applications
• Ideally SAP knowledge, programming knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good communication and presentation skills
