The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 1500 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The possibility As an intern in the Engineering & SHE Utilities department at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in a wide range of areas. In this internship you can:

• Independent processing of projects in the field of media and clean media supply as well as building maintenance (Facility Fitness)
• Supporting employees in day-to-day activities (e.g. in SAP)
• Preparation of trending reports in the field of pure media monitoring
• Quality Risk Management (QRM), Technical Change Management, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Discrepancy Management System
• Adaptation and maintenance of GMP documentation
• Assisting the department in administrative tasks
• Collaboration with various interfaces

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or technical college, preferably in the field of natural sciences and engineering, such as pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, supply engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology or similar courses within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a modern work environment as part of an internship of at least 6 months, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• Quick understanding and great interest in technical processes
• A high degree of initiative and independent working methods
• Creativity, imagination and innovation
• You have courage and show a willingness to take risks to try new ways
• Ideally, bring You already have your first professional experience – preferably in the field of industrial production
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good communication skills and presentation skills

Additional information

• The start of the internship is possible from September 2026 or by agreement. Please indicate your preferred start date and the desired internship duration in your application.
• Part-time employment with at least 80% is possible at this position. This traineeship does not permit the writing of a thesis.
• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must attach to the application a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
