The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The entity shall

As an intern in the administration department at the Kaiseraugst production site, you support the team in a wide range of aspects. In this internship, you will:

• Administrative support of the team
• Independent processing of sub-projects in close cooperation with various interfaces, such as the organization of events, meetings, workshops
• Support and further development of processes and procedures to relieve the administrative burden efficiently
• Support for communication measures, such as the development of newsletters, updates and new development of intranet content and presentations

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of business administration, social sciences, media, marketing, Completed communication sciences or natural sciences within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a 12-month internship in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• Very good communication skills, high teamwork skills and initiative

• Good Google Workspace and/or MS-Office knowledge
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Organizational talent that keeps track even under time pressure

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment with at least 80% is possible at this position. This traineeship does not permit the writing of a thesis.
