The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The possibility

Supported as an intern in the field of Quality Compliance & Complaints at the Kaiseraugst production site You are the team for inspections and Complaint Sample Management and work closely with interfaces. Your tasks are divided into two groups:

Support of the Quality Compliance team

• Support for self-inspections
• support for the follow-up of actions resulting from official inspections;
• Customer audits and self-inspections
• Compilation and archiving of inspection documentation
• KPI reporting
• Support for the compilation of documents for paper-based inspections
• SQDEC & Huddleboard Support/Lead
• Support for Quality Agreements

Support of the Quality Complaints team

• Complaint Sample Management, Complaint Investigation

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of natural sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or from other fields within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 6 months, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• Analytical, careful and GMP-compliant workflow
• Reliable, willing to learn and self-initiative
• Team-oriented with clear communication
• Experience with Google Workspace is beneficial
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Motivation to get involved in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
