The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. The entity shall

As an intern in the field of Quality Control GMP Systems & Investigations at the Kaiseraugst production site, you support the team in a wide range of aspects.

In this internship, you will

• Provide administrative support in the maintenance and updating of documents and lists within the framework of LifeCycle Management.
• Support the team or the quality control in the preparation of audits and inspections, for example by compiling documents, as Scribe in the front office or as back office support.
• accompany process improvements and participate in the application of Lean Production System (LPS) and digital tools for continuous improvement.
• Support in the development and implementation of change and deviation management within the team.
• Promote knowledge and information transfer within the squad by preparing presentations or communication documents.
• You support the maintenance of digital collaboration tools to make the huddle structure and the distribution of tasks in the team more efficient.
• Get an insight into ensuring compliance guidelines at a modern production site.

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of natural sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, pharmacy) or related disciplines within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a 9 - 12-month internship in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• You have a high affinity for quality control, compliance issues and exact work in a regulated environment.
• You work in a structured way and always keep track of administrative tasks.
• You have a communication strength, are team-oriented and appreciate the exchange in an agile, dynamic environment.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as solid basic knowledge in English.
• A secure handling of common IT systems and the willingness to get to know new tools, distinguish you.

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
