The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The possibility

As an intern in the area of QC Support at the Kaiseraugst production site, you support the team in a wide range of aspects. You will gain comprehensive insights into quality control and actively work on operational and strategic topics.

Among other things, you will

• Support in the development of new concepts in the GMP area (e.g. training, quality risk management)
• Gain insight into GMP compliance processes (e.g. document lifecycle, training requirements, deviations, changes, CAPAs, sample management, stability and reference patterns)
• Assist in document adjustments
• contribute to the simplification and harmonisation of departmental processes
• collaborate on projects within the framework of continuous improvement measures or take on own sub-projects
• Supporting inspections
• Maintain databases and participate in the further development of IT systems in the GMP environment
• Support the department and QC management team in administrative tasks and projects

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in a scientific field, within the last 12 months and would like to contribute your knowledge within the framework of an internship of at least 6 months in a modern working environment and get to know the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally, You already have initial experience in the GMP-regulated environment.

In addition, You have the following competencies

• High degree of initiative and a fast comprehension
• Communication strength and pleasure in working with different interfaces
• Interest in IT systems and digital solutions
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of complex questions
• Readiness for practical cooperation and assumption of responsibility
• Good presentation skills.

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
