The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The entity shall

As an intern in the field of Asset Excellence Unit, Assembly & Packaging Devices at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in a wide range of areas. In this internship, you will:

• Get to know the packaging processes (delivery, labelling, packaging)
• Independently work on sub-projects in close cooperation with various interfaces (e.g. mechanics, electrics, packaging development, quality assurance, validation and engineering)
• Processing of market components, deviations and changes
• Track and Represent KPIs
• Support for root cause analyses in deviation management
• Support for Quality Risk and Inspection Management
• Implement adjustments and maintenance of GMP documentation
• Question and improve processes in the GMP-compliant environment.
• Be part of a dynamic, powerful team with varied tasks.

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, process engineering within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 6 months, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• You are committed, responsible and resilient
• You have fun working in interdisciplinary teams and communicate openly
• You have a solution-oriented attitude and bring analytical and organizational skills
• You communicate safely in German and English

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
