The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst, we offer a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The entity shall

As an intern in the field of MSAT - Manufacturing Science & Technology at the Kaiseraugst production site, you support the team in a wide range of aspects. In this internship you can participate in the following activities:

• Operational support for product launches: You get to know the entire process of a product launch and actively support our team in achieving strategic and operational milestones on time and successfully.
• Process optimization in project management: You not only use our project management tools, but also actively shape them. We rely on your own initiative to further develop existing templates and continuously improve our processes.
• Logistics Hub & Coordination: You act as the central point of contact for the management of our test materials. Through the self-responsible coordination of shipping orders, you ensure the worldwide and precise availability of our material.
• Knowledge Management & Documentation: Your learning progress is also our win. You proactively record new solutions and project experiences in our knowledge base and thus actively contribute to the cross-departmental knowledge transfer.
• Cross-Functional Shadowing: Also accompany colleagues from an interface department (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality) to understand the "Big Picture".

Who you are

• You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemistry within the last 12 months.
• You are interested in using your knowledge in a modern working environment for at least 6 months as part of an internship, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
• Organizational talent: A structured way of working distinguishes you – you also keep track of many loose ends.
• Commitment: You are interested in technical processes and are involved in developing ideas for improvement
• Design will: You question processes and enjoy preparing information not only correctly, but also visually appealingly.
• Digital mindset & IT/AI affinity: You are fit in MS Office/Google Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel) and use digital tools intuitively. Artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) is not new territory for you, but a tool to work smarter and more efficiently.
• Languages: German and English fluent in word and writing

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
