The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The entity shall

Supported as an intern in the field of learning at the Kaiseraugst production site You are the learning department at the Kaiserau production site for exciting and versatile tasks. As an intern: in the area of learning, you are a full-fledged member of our learning team and take on responsibility in an agile environment. In this role, you will gain insight into shaping a modern learning and development culture and gain valuable practical experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Our Learning Team consists of several smaller departmental teams. Du will support the Learning Partners in the field of Solida and support them together with your Buddy the managers and teams in your department with about 300 to 400 employees.

Your main tasks

• Creation and maintenance of overviews and training matrices.
• Administrative work in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Independent processing and presentation of sub-projects in close cooperation with various interfaces.

Further possible tasks in the field of learning

• Collaboration in the organization and/or in the execution of site-wide trainings.
• Support for the development and creation of training materials.
• Introducing new ideas to optimize the training concept according to GMP guidelines.

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of pharmacy, business administration or work and Completed organizational psychology within the last 12 months and are interested in receiving your knowledge as part of a 6-month internship with a workload of at least 80% in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

Additional information

• Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.
• Part-time employment with at least 80% is possible at this position. This traineeship does not permit the writing of a thesis.
