The Position

The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world.

The entity shall

As an intern in the area of change management at the Kaiseraugst production site, you support the team in a wide range of aspects. Your main tasks include:

• Support and co-development of change management applications / methods as well as communication projects
• Support in the creation and revision of workshop materials and the implementation of workshops. The focus here is on interpersonal skills, such as coaching, giving feedback, etc.
• Independent processing of sub-projects in close cooperation with various interfaces
• Administrative support of the team

Who you are

You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of psychology, marketing, social, media or communication sciences within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a modern work environment as part of an internship of at least 6 months, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies:

• Very good communication skills, good presentation skills, high team skills and initiative
• Reliable and careful working methods
• Good MS-Office and/or Google Workspace knowledge
• Good German and English skills
• A high degree of initiative and independent working methods
• Creativity, imagination and innovation
• You have courage and show a willingness to take risks to try new ways

Additional information The preferred start of the internship is in February 2027 or by appointment. Please indicate your preferred start date and the desired internship duration in your application.

Application process Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must accompany the application with a confirmation from the university that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of the training.

Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible at this position.
