Pens: 80–100% Period: 6 months from September 2026 or by agreement, extension possible

Do you want to gain practical experience in the field of corporate communication and help shape how an energy company communicates with its more than 7,500 different employees? At Axpo, you will support the Internal Communications & Events team and gain versatile insights into a dynamic working environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintenance and further development of the internal communication channel (social intranet)
• Co-development of a KPI dashboard with which we can measure the impact of our communication
• Support in the planning and implementation of employee events and media conferences
• Collaboration in communication projects and campaigns (focus internally, others by interest)
• Support of the team in administrative and organisational tasks

Profile & Requirements

• Studies in communication or journalism (completed or in the last semesters)
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Affinity to technology, data, figures and KPIs – you get to know the relevant tools with us
• Structured work, organisational talent and responsibility
• You are curious, team-oriented and keep a cool head even in stressful times
• First practical experience in the field of communication, especially in the use of CMS, is an advantage
