The Position At our location in Kaiseraugst in the team MQA Solids we offer an exciting internship opportunity in autumn 2026. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone of Roche’s global production and logistics network. More than 1500 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging company in the world. We as MQA Solids support the Solida operation with the two production areas production and packaging of tablets, powders and capsules here in Kaiseraugst.

The possibility

Supported as an intern in MQA Solids at the Kaiseraugst production site You the team in many ways:

• Support for the continuous improvement and harmonisation of processes and systems in cooperation with interfaces.
• Assistance in the return sample control of SEMP and finished goods manufactured in the packaging plant.
• Support in the digitalization of workflows, including the creation and maintenance of QA GSites, huddleboards, etc.
• Conduct data analysis, monitoring and reporting.
• Support in providing training and maintenance of training materials.
• GMP-compliant management, filing and archiving of documents.
• Support of huddles and team meetings, or administrative tasks in our projects.
• Participation in local and global meetings as needed.

Who you are

You are currently enrolled or have completed your studies within the last 12 months – preferably in pharmacy, biology, chemistry and other natural sciences, ideally with an emphasis on IT or technology (e.g. pharmaceutical or medical technology). You are interested in applying your knowledge during a 9-12 month internship in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

• Quick understanding and great interest in technical processes as well as affinity in dealing with IT systems and data evaluations.
• Affinity to modern technologies, especially in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
• Strong teamwork.
• Open and quality-oriented attitude and way of thinking.
• Great willingness and curiosity to develop flexibly.
• Negotiable knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English.

Additional information

Your ideal start date is early October 2026. You should bring 9 to 12 months for the internship. Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/n) must attach to the application documents a confirmation from the university that a mandatory internship is part of the education. Part-time employment and the writing of a thesis are not possible in this internship.
